Services:

Carried out a baseline analysis and articulated the vision in an outline master plan for the region. Once approved, a programme was developed for WNDC's interventions based on its mission and institutional framework.

Output:

A regeneration programme was developed which outlined the organisation's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the extent to which specific projects would fulfil various KPIs.

Outcome:

Our client used our report to develop the organisation's business plan to deliver the proposed regeneration framework.
